My name is Sandra Martini and I’ve personally helped hundreds of small business owners just like you.

If you know anything about me, you know that my background is in marketing, accounting and systems/internal auditing (odd, I know, and yet it's that background which makes me uniquely qualified as a business growth and marketing expert) and I’m all about creating systems and processes to build your business, without constantly reinventing the wheel or sacrificing your life. 

And it's not just my background which qualifies me as a business growth and marketing expert. I have a passion both for learning and teaching. So far this year I've read 67 business and personal development books, taught over 50 teleclasses/webinars/webcasts, created and filled 2 new coaching programs, written 3 new information products, spoken at 2 events, received speaker training from the guys who train Robert G. Allen ("Multiple Streams of Income" author) and most of those who speak on national stages, invested in a Power Day with the guys who've trained Rich Schefren and many other gurus, attended 6 events including an intimate behind-the-scenes workshop with the president of Strategic Profits and Experts Academy with Brendon Burchard, formed partnerships/jv relationships with 11 colleagues, been a beta client and helped define uses for a new productivity program and much more.

Why do I do all this? In addition to nurturing my passions, I believe in creating successful businesses and know that I don't have all the answers, so I learn. I find the experts in different areas, learn from them, discover what resonates for me, implement, tweak and implement some more all before I bring it to you. We’re talking about creating leverage and sustainability for the long term.

You see, you can make money in the short term with what will destroy your business in the long term and, sadly, that's what I see many small business owners doing.

In fact, that’s why I created Escalator Marketing™: Marketing funnels and pyramids don’t work – there’s nothing relationship-based or client-focused about them and they’re certainly not easy or intuitive.

Escalator Marketing™ is the exact opposite of marketing funnels and pyramids.  And the Extreme Escalator Experience focuses on designing and building a long-term successful business for you as it supports your clients and relationships — both business and personal. We're building a real business while living our very real lives -- there's no need to sacrifice either.

It IS about them.  Taking care of your family and clients will ensure that your business thrives and adding systems and leverage ensures your business will continuously grow in any economy.

In fact, creating, nurturing and following-up on these client relationships is what accounts for my business to have a 94% client retention rate — without long term contracts. And you can too.

Honestly, this steady stream of clients allows me to work less without a dip in revenue and that allows me to spend more time with my family.

Some people create a business as a hobby, some as a diversion, some as an extra source of income — all good reasons. Some create a business because it’s their calling and it’s more about personal satisfaction than revenue. For others it’s about both: the calling and the revenue.

I’m in the last category. I deeply love what I do and while there are other things I could be doing, there’s nothing I’d rather do. That said, my business is also the sole source of revenue for my household. That creates a different perspective.

The reality of building a profitable business can be challenging.
